Tuve una incidencia con los envíos, que por error se hicieron dos iguales y me cargaron los dos en la cuenta, y el servicio de atención al cliente resolvió la incidencia muy rápida y efectivamente.

Reseña recopilada por un terceroLOS ARTICULO COMPRADOS EN ESTA PAGINA WEB, NO SON GARANTIZADOS COMO NUEVOS. LLEGARON AL DESTINATARIO TARDE Y EN MAL ESTADO. UNA VEZ RECIBIDO EL ARTICULO, ESTA PAGINA EXIME SU RESPONSABILIDAD DE POSVENTA. ENVIAN UN CORREO DE LAS INSTRUCCIONES DE DEVOLUCION POR LOS DAÑOS OCASIONADOS EN EL TRANSPORTE. DETALLA QUE PARA SER DEVUELTO POR LOS DAÑOS QUE SE OCASIONAN DURANTE EL TRANSPORTE ES OBLIGATORIO NO RECOGER EL PAQUETE, PERO CLARO ESTO ES UNA CONTRADICCION. PARA SABER, SI ESTA QUE EN MAL ESTADO EL ARTICULO O QUE EL ARTICULOYA ESTA USADO Y POSTERIORMENTE EMPAQUETADO PARA VENDERLO DE SEGUNDA MANO. SE DEBE DE ABRIR EL EMBALAJE Y COMPROBAR QUE NO CUMPLE LAS CONDICIONES DE ARTICULO NUEVO ESTRENAR. EL TRANSPORTISTA NO PERMITE REVISAR EL ARTICULO SIN HABERLO RECOGIDO Y HAY ESTA LA TRAMPA: UNA VEZ RECIBIDO YA NO SON RESPONSABLE JUST4CAMPER DE LOS DESPERFECTOS DEL ARTICULO COMPRADO COMO NUEVO. PUDIENDO ESTAR DAÑADO O USADO (ARTICULOS QUE NO CORRESPONDE AL ENUNCIADO DE SU VENTA). NO ES UNA PAGINA DE COMPRA SEGURA, VAN CON EL ENGAÑO PARA VENDER ARTICULOS USADOS O EN MAL ESTADO DUDO HASTA DE QUE SEAN MARCAS ORIGINALES.

Reseña recopilada por un terceroI purchased an isotermic screen protector. I checked in the details provided online that I was selecting the correct model. I received the protector and did not get round to using it until after the 14 days return period. It is completely the wrong size making it useless. The item cost approximately 75 euros. I requested to exchange for another model that is correct but they said no it is outside of the 14 days so get lost. Absolutely shocking customer service considering I have spent over a thousand euros with this supplier. I will never spend another cent with them. I do not want the money returning only to exchange the product which is in premium condition and could be re-sold. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.
